What's the most fun thing about a surprise wedding?! A surprise farm wedding! And a surprisingly amazing flower bouquet picked from the farm's garden!
My first wedding in Michigan was a beautiful summer day with the most stunning bride. I love being able to walk the farm's pathways to find the greenery sitting on the edge of an unmanicured field or patches of deep purple flowers waiting to be picked. While not being completely sure of what we were picking we quickly ran to the store to grab a few white roses and carnations to tie together the queen anne's lace, eucalyptus, and purple statice flowers. All held tightly with silk ribbon and pearl pins!
The flowers quickly added to the farm wedding as it brought in purples to the pewter colors that surround a farm. The purple hues decorated the tables, hay bails, and tables with a delicate nature to the harsher natural materials!
